What is the maximum number of registered users?

The number of registered users is the total number of users you have in all of your Relationship Manager databases. So for example, if you are using just one account (no sub accounts), and your account is limited to 100 registered users, you can have 100 users in your database. There is a hard limit, so it will not accept any more registrations from other tools (such as the Appointment Manager or Questions and Answers tool) if that limit is reached, so be sure your current package is in line with your anticipated number of registered guests.

Multiple Sub-Accounts

If you have multiple sub-accounts, for example you are using 5 different databases (5 different Relationship Managers) and your limit is 500 registered users, you can have 500 in one database and none in any of the others, 100 in each of the 5 databases, 250 in one databases, and 250 divided among the other databases, etc. 500 would be the total number of registered users among all your databases.
