What are sub accounts?

Sub accounts are accounts that share the same user, available to paid account holders. Paid account owners can have multiple* sub accounts for each tool. The reasons for different sub accounts are numerous and differ based on the tool being used. Here are some examples illustrating how different sub accounts can be used:

For the Appointment Manager:

One sub account can be setup for each contractor, employee, or staff member in an organization so everyone has his or her own Appointment Manager.

One sub account can be setup for each audience—clients can be sent to an Appointment Manager with certain hours and prospects can be sent to a different Appointment Manager with less restrictive hours. The clients could make appointments as long as 3 hours where prospects only have a maximum of 15 minutes. With multiple sub accounts, each Appointment Manager uses its own configuration file.

One sub account can be used for personal purposes and the other for business.

For the Question and Answers Tool:

Each general topic can each have its own sub account (e.g., sales, service, programming, etc.).

A sub account can be used for each division of an organization.

Each sub account can cater to different audience.

For the Relationship Manager Tool:

You can have one database for clients, one for salespeople, one for staff, etc.

Use multiple databases for each business, group, or organization.

Use a database for personal contacts.

And of course, each sub account can use its own logo and theme.

Example Sub Accounts In Use

Here are some following sites that we maintain. All of these are using one main account ("Bo"), their own theme, their own domain, and their own Relationship Manager database.
