"Our goal with the pavilions is to bring business solutions to key segments of the foodservice industry to make finding, demoing and tasting the latest products and services from 500+ exhibitors as convenient as possible," said Tom Loughran, Vice President for the event. "With the colocation of Healthy Food Expo and Coffee Fest, the largest food and beverage experience in the Northeast will now span across two halls at the Javits Center, so the pavilions will certainly help attendees easily find the products and services they are looking for."
