Fair Hills Farm Organics, an 88-acre certified organic orchard on California’s Central Coast, has announced the launch of its Organic Black Tea line, a ready-to-drink collection of teas naturally sweetened with cold-pressed apple juice made from the farm’s own fruit.

The new line includes: Original Black Tea, Black Tea & Chamomile, Black Tea & Mint, Black Tea & Cinnamon, and Black Tea & Ginger. Each is crafted without added sugars or artificial ingredients, offering a gently sweet, fruit-forward profile that highlights the integrity of its ingredients.

Fair Hills’ cold-pressed apple juice is made from apples grown on-site, including fruit that doesn't enter the retail stream due to cosmetic imperfections. The tea is processed, bottled, and packaged locally, aligning with the farm’s commitment to sustainability.

The farm distributes a portion of its highest-quality fruit to local schools, restaurants, and independent grocers on the Central Coast. At the same time, the apples from the Orchard are used to make unfiltered certified organic apple juice, now a key ingredient in the tea line.
