Hey there! If you need assistance, please see our home page and menu to learn how to contact us.

Cheese tea is a relatively new drink concept that has gained popularity in Asia over the past few years, and recently the trend has been picked up by local tea shops in the United States. The fun has just started. This July, Los Angeles foodies will have brand new cheese tea flavors to add to their feed.

Started in August 2017, Little Fluffy Head Cafe is one of the first cheese tea boba shops of its kind in Los Angeles, giving customers the familiar taste of deeply adored boba drinks-but with an added twist. Little Fluffy Head Cafe specializes in creating high-quality cheese tea drinks, pairing a refreshing tea base with a rich, creamy cheese topping, calling it “Fluffy Tea”.

This summer Little Fluffy Head Cafe continues working on creating different Fluffy Tea flavors to provide boba aficionados with a variety of options to choose from. Like Chocomisu, a rich and creamy boba milk tea smothered with bold coffee cheese cream makes this a match made in coffee heaven, and Lilac Galaxy, refreshingly purple fruity tea perfect for summer. Locally sourced mixed berries are blended with earl grey rose tea and white chocolate cream swirled inside the cup. For those vegan lovers out there, Little Fluffy Head has just created a non dairy Fluffy Tea, Coco-Chey. The name is a recognition of the team member who created this delicious recipe. Freshly brewed black tea with an option of almond milk is paired with an irresistible top layer of handcrafted coconut cream.

The owner of the Café, Jenny, says that “we are expanding our menu to include other innovative flavors such as white chocolate fruity tea and coconut black tea that don't contain any cheese; nonetheless they all have the signature fluffy cream on top just like cheese tea. By doing so. we are providing more options for our customers as they can now choose tea with cheese cream, non-cheese cream, or even vegan dessert cream! Each tea has an unique taste profile, such as Chocomisu that is more on the bitter end of the sweetness spectrum while Lilac Galaxy is on the other end of the spectrum. Coco-Chey is very smooth and subtle, which is sitting in the middle of the range. Inspired by classic desserts, we want to transform them into drinkable desserts. It’s fun and delicious at the same time!”

As a pioneer of cheese tea in Los Angeles and the United States as a whole, Jenny is excited to share her innovative drinks with everyone who visits her boba shop. If you’re bored of your usual drink order and are looking to try something different, be sure to stop by Little Fluffy Head Cafe and enter the world of refreshing fluffy tea.
