“April showers bring May flowers” or so it is said...
With the weather the way it has been lately I thought it best to hold off on sharing our spring menu. So depending on what is fresh and the kitchen’s schedule, we will be offering the following items when we can:
Quiche - broccoli, spinach or potato & onion
Soup - carrot ginger or tomato basil
Salad - mixed greens w/ pears, gorgonzola & walnuts with either a blueberry or raspberry maple vinaigrette
Scones - caramel & Blueberry
Savories - cucumber w/cream cheese & chives; our chicken salad with apples; lemon basil spread toasted on French bread; cow girl caviar, lemon ricotta w/honey on brioche bread, arugula, peaches & parm. cheese flatbreads; tomato or mango bruschetta
Sweets - brownies, blondies, Texas sheet cake, mini pudding pies, fruit bars, assorted cookies
Plated desserts - peach cobbler, robin’s egg cupcakes, layered ice cream loaves, apple turnovers
As of this moment we still have a few tables available for our soap making night on April 26th.
We are having two spa nights for a relaxing night for moms, Friday, May 11th & May 18th with seatings at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30 pm
Our Mother’s Day is full for all seatings. We will be confirming current reservations and we will have a wait list if anyone would like to be put on it.
Sunday, May 20th we will be having our harpist, Dominique, play a lovely selection of music from 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Memorial Day Weekend. We will be open our normal hours on Thursday & Friday and Saturday we will be offering our Country Breakfast and our last seating for our regular tea menu will be at 1:30 pm. We will then close at 3:00 to honor our military’s sacrifices with friends and family for the rest of the weekend.
