The Tea House Times' NEW virtual TeaTradeShow.com is under construction and expected to open to connect an extensive list of already registered, pre-qualified buyers to exhibitors on or about October 1, 2018. Potential exhibitors may self-register at the website or contact Pearl Dexter who has been appointed one of the first exhibitor liaisons contracting exhibitor booths for the show.

Pearl Dexter has been in the tea world since the 1980s. As editor/publisher, she launched the first consumer publication all about tea in 1994, TEA A MAGAZINE ®. After selling the magazine she worked in Kathmandu as a Tea Marketing Consultant for USAID to Nepal. Tea has been her passport around the globe for nearly 25 years. Pearl toured nearly 50 tea estates and factories, which gave her the opportunity to learn about tea from bush to cup; she’s stayed on tea estates in Sri Lanka, India, and Guatemala; visited estates in Nepal, Malaysia, Japan, Portugal, South Africa, and the United States, and later led groups to some of those tea estates and factories. Pearl has lectured on many aspects of tea throughout the U.S. and internationally. In Russia and England Pearl saw firsthand the art of porcelain making and pottery production. She’s conducted tea tastings, is an educator, speaker, writer, and photographer of all things tea. Her passion for tea has developed enduring relationships with small business owners to executives and owners of tea companies and tea gardens, and government dignitaries from all over the world.
